Summary	0001821: filtering: match all messages
Description	I found a bug in SOGo Sieve filtering. I create new rule: "match all messages", "Forward the message to:", "user@domain.com" "Save and Close" but the window does not close, the rule will not be saved and there is nothing to indicate the trouble
