Description

It is possible to add categories to contacts with SOGo Connector. These can be aedited on Android via Groups. This works fine. However, SOGo Connectorneeds to add a sortable column for Category to Thunderbird address book.

When SOGo Connector is deinstalled, this columnn should disappear from Thunderbird address book without causing any problems. When updating SOGo Connector, this column should remain in Thunderbird address book.

Implementing this allows users to efficiently find contacts via Categories as is possible on Android via Groups.

The content of the cells in the column called Categories should be an alphabetically sorted comma separated concatenation of all categories for that contact.

For 24.0.4 this is not yet available. Implementing this would bring functionality to Thunderbird which is readily available on smartphones. Sorting on category enables efficient using and managing of large address books.
