Summary0001547: Replying to mail generates garbage in body
Description

This only occurs since version 1.3.11 after upgarding from 1.3.10
When pressing the reply button, a new mail window opens (in a weird state ... as editing the subject line hides the To line), and the body part includes garbage and not the original message:

The same setup in another server works correctly (although it was a clean install)
