For me, I still have the problem, even across Thunderbird restarts.

I'm working in Thunderbird Addressbook window, so I think talking about another module has no relation in this case.
But - it is not synchronized any way.
You can watch tail -f sogo.log . Newly created list, newly created contact, contact inserted into list or removed contact or removed list are logged.
Contact removed from the list is not.

Yes, Ludovic showed me. The way I was doing it was by removing the contact from the edition window, while you are probably removing it from the listing window.
