Description | EAS-Users loosing their subscribed folders from time-to-time, three random subscriptions are left. Few weeks ago we did a initial basic json import to set SubscribedFolders and others values for all users. (sogo-tool user-preferences set settings <user> Calendar -f calendar_all.json) I did diff of c_settings field from a backup. The Values FolderDisplayNames and SubscribedFolders only contains three entries. SOGo 3.2.9-1
Additional Information | if desired I can send the c_settings dump before/after & template (contains personal ames etc...)

So it happens if Bob uses both Outlook 2013 over EAS and a mobile device over EAS? So EAS devices on the same account? |
|
yes, same Account via EAS Outlook/Mobile. But in the meantime we moved Outlook to IMAP/CalDav and have only mobile Devices connected via EAS - it still happend. IMAP&CalDav mobile users don't report this issue. How to debug? is there a specific URI string to look out? |
