Unfortunately new mails which were filtered and moved by managesieve into another folder than the INBOX are not displayed in the folder tree. The only way to display new mails in the folder tree is to click on the folder containing new mails.
Perhaps this issue is configurable, but than i cannot find any documentation or hint about that, sry. If this is the case just close this ticket and forward me to the respective howto.
