Summary0000099: Organizer's calendar not updated when attendee deletes multiple occurrences of a repeating event
Description
  1. Organizer creates a repeating event with one attendee
  2. The attendee deletes one occurrence -- so far so good, the organizer's calendar is properly updated (new occurrence with attendee's status set to "declined")
  3. The attendee deletes another occurrence -- the organizer's calendar is not updated because of a mismatch in sequence numbers
