Description

As already stated in the mailing lists an option in the config files to enable/disable the system-wide automatic conversion of the local personal addressbook into an SOGO personal addressbook would be very nice.

Additional Information

For me an global option in the configs would be enough.
Another alternative would be an option so that every user could choose himself.
