Summary0006266: Events with U+FFFE leads to invalid CalDAV XML
Description

It's possible to enter the character U+FFFE (￿) into event summaries and descriptions (other fields not tested) which leads to invalid or not well-formed XML in CalDAV (see attachment) where the character is encoded as ￾. If I read RFC 5542 correctly this character should not be allowed in iCalendar events at all.
