Summary	0006265: Rate limiting errors do not provided a Retry-After header to facilitate client failure recovery
Description	A RetryAfter header should be added as part of the rate limiting in addition to HTTP error with code 429. Steps To Reproduce	Create a large VCF file (with multiple contact cards) I have 300 contacts but it fails before the hundredth. Add a SOGo backed address book on Thunderbird Open the console on Thunderbird (Ctrl+Shift+space) Try to import the VCF file in SOGo backed AB Thunderbird show a complete message, in the console we can see the synchronization continue and fail.
