Summary0000623: Time reformatting in the Subject field of update e-mail
Description

when I change date or time of the existing event, attendees receive e-mail about
it. Time presented in the Subject field of this e-mail is expressed in GMT, what is confusing for recipients.
Probably this time is not reformatted into local time zone in the function getSubject in SoObjects/Appointments/SOGoAptMailUpdate.m
