Our CI to build rmp package are based on rocky linux. To avoid having different OS, I will wait for rocky linux 10. They didn't give a specific date but they are on it. If that takes too long, I will see to use a different base image.

Seems Rocky delayed for half a year, it might be better use AlmaLinux instead since it's more active:

Sadly, this packaging are on hold because of this:

Red Hat will upgrade the instruction set architecture (ISA) baseline to the x86-64-v3 microarchitecture level in RHEL 10 and x86-64-v1 and x86-64-v2 x86-64 microarchitecture level of CPUs will be marked deprecated in RHEL 8 and RHEL 9 and unsupported in RHEL 10. https://developers.redhat.com/articles/2024/01/02/exploring-x86-64-v3-red-hat-enterprise-linux-10#

Our packaging are too old to run rhel 10 docker. Coincidingly, we Alinto are moving our server hosting to a new recent one. But I can't tell you when it will be done for our packaging server.
