Summary0006094: use of prefix in "configure"
Description

Compile and install SOPE on linux fedora server 41 by using :
./configure --enable-debug --disable-strip --enable-xml --prefix=/usr
make
make install

Everything seams ok, but all library are install on /usr/lib64/ exept for libSBJson.so which is install on /usr/local/lib64/
