Summary | 0006076: "Advanced Search" functionality for additional "IMAP Accounts"
Description | Since the "Advanced Search" was rewritten in Sogo 5.11.0 it helps us find specific keywords in emails very quickly which is super useful, however this seems to be limited to the current user in "Sogo Web Mail" and is not possible for added additional "IMAP Accounts" within the current user. To be more specific, our mail system is set up so that each employee has their own account, which they log in via the "Sogo Web Mail". In addition, the employee has additional global accounts visible in his account via "Preferences -> Mail -> IMAP ACCOUNTS" like "support@example.com" or "contact@example.com". Currently, if we want to search for a specific Mail we basically need to remember to which account it was sent or received and search in each subfolder of the global accounts like inbox, drafts, sent etc. It would be very helpful if there would be an option in the "Advanced Search" to choose between all additional added "IMAP Accounts" and to have the option to search for all accounts at once (see in the example attached).
Additional Information | Similar reports were already made in 2019 and 2020, but that was before the rewrite of the “Advanced Search” and it seems that there was no further activity since then. (Issue IDs: 0004629 and 0005027) Keep up the great work! Kind regards,
