There is a problem insofar as the displayed approach either through Download iOS-MacOS configuration profile as well as through using the link does not work correctly.

Tested on MacOS Sonoma 14.6.1 (MacBook Pro usual work account + MacBook Air with special test account).

Tested on 10.1 Installation at work place and at current demo server with demo-account:

• the CalDav provider is accepted for the workplace installation (error messages for the demo installation and account accepted, but set to inactive.). the behavior is consistent on both platforms, the difference in behavior depends only on server.
• in work place installation with 10.1 one can now add contacts both in the webui and locally, but no synchronization occurs (but also no error messages) - no further experiments with demo-server as accounts are set to inactive.

Further inspection identified: the problem is the last part of the displayed Links = Contacts/personal/ (or different for special addressbooks)

The correct link for MacOS is:
https://&lt;server>.de /SOGo/dav/<account>/

If this would be clearly communicated (and also considered in the downloadable profile, it would allow to reduce work a lot).
(Did require me and our IT staff several hours to locate the issues. Resolution only found by accident from a remark in another bug report)

In addition, this apparently does not allow to use multiple address books with mac.
(apparently there is a very similar problem with calendars, but did not go through this, completely.)
