Summary0005972: Synced Carddav clients get not notified about deleted contacts
Description

We noticed today that carddav clients (Thunderbird) get not notified about deleted contacts on the server.
This means that deletion of a contacts on the server don't get synced to any carddav client.

Editing contacts are synced without problems.
Deletion of the contact on a client gets also synced to the server and is deleted there but not synced to other clients.

The response thunderbird receives on a sync (if a contact is deleted on the server) is like nothing has changed on the server:

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Sync a addressbook via Carddav in thunderbird
  2. Create an entry in the addressbook on the server
  3. Sync in thunderbird -> Contact shows up
  4. Delete the contact on server
  5. Sync in thunderbird -> Contact stays and thunderbird gets no update about the deletion
