Summary	0005925: Disable automatically inserted marker for Signature (-- )
Description	When I create my own signature I'd like this way: `Best Regards Max Examplename -- Max Examplename 246 Best Street ZIP Best Town of World phone:+00 123 4567890 mailto:max@examplename.tld` When I write a new mail with this signature SOGo always inserts the signature-marker before my signature. This is not wanted because I have added my own one (-- ) in the signature to separate the greeting from the informal part. So it would be nice to have a checkbox in the settings to disable this functionality. This would be also nice if a user has a HTML signature beginning with <hr/> .
Steps To Reproduce	1) create your own signature and save settings 2) create new mail and see added maker.
