Summary	0000592: misc. issues with the invitation window when delegating an invitation
Description	1) saving and reopening the window, the delegate input field no longer appears 2) the delegate does not appear right after the delegator but in the order of appearance of the list of attendees 3) when forcing the display of the delegate input field, the delegate is shown with a "mailto:" value, whereas the fn actually could be deduced from the list of attendees
