Summary0005914: RRDATEs are shown in UTC and not in local timezone in web calendar
Description

Repeating events with RDATE entrys are not shown correctly in the web calendar.
The RDATE entries are shown at the UTC time and not shifted to the local timezone.

RDATE:20240313T081500Z -> Is shown at 8:15 (which ist UTC) and not 9:15 in Europe/Berlin timezone
RDATE:20240313T081500Z -> is shown at 7:15 (UTC) and not 9:15 in Europe/Berlin timezone

Thunderbird shows the RDATE events correctly.

Steps To Reproduce

Please use the attached ics file. All events should be 9:15 in Europe/Berlin timezone.
The days are:
2024-01-17 shown at 9:15 -> correct
2024-03-13 shown at 8:15 -> UTC (winter time in Berlin, UTC+1h)
2024-07-03 shown at 7:15 -> UTC (summer time in Berlin, UTC+2h)
2024-08-28 …
