Summary0005731: WebMail inserts attachments from the source message when replying
Description

I am replying to a message that contains an attachment. WebMail opens a Composer window, puts the text body in it, and I write a reply. It does not display any attachments in the window (that is right). When sending a message (or when saving its Draft), WebMail inserts all attachments of the source message into the response (that is wrong).
This issue does not occur in version 5.8.0

I compiled SOPE and SOGo from source code from github.com/Alinto now and your change solves that issue.
