| Summary | 0005646: Disposition notifications are not prompted in some cases | ||||
| Description | Hello! For an inexplicable reason, disposition notifications do not work for some users, while for others they work on the same domain. When an email with the heading Disposition-Notification-To: %username%@%domain% arrives, one user is prompted to send a disposition notification, while the other, under identical conditions, does not see such a question. Request: please tell me how to debug to find what the problem is? Settings for both users:
Thank You in advance! | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1) User %1 sends a message to user %2 labeled "Return Recipe". | ||||
| Tags | No tags attached. | ||||
Do you mean "Disposition-Notification-To: %1" or is the address really set to the receiving user %2? |
%1 and %2 are for schematic description only. In fact, the headers contain valid addresses, for example: user1@domain.me |
Sorry, the third step contains "Disposition-Notification-To: %1". A typo. |
The bug is still reproducible (5.8.2). |
In version 5.11 the bug is not reproduced. |
