Description

Formatting HTML into simple text does not work. Can this be implemented? If not, then perhaps there should be a message saying that the formatting will be deleted or not work properly when the user edits the email.

In the e-mail programme, you can set in the preferences that e-mails are written and edited in plain text or HTML layout.
If the user has selected HTML as the default setting, but then wants to write a single plain text e-mail, this can only be done in the preferences. It would be nice if there was a button (directly when editing the mails) that changes the properties of the e-mail and discards all formatting so that the HTML text becomes plain text. There is such a function in Thunderbird.
