Summary0005608: adding invitation in caldav clients will not trigger notification for attendees
Description

adding an new invitation in caldav clients will not trigger notification for attendees - tested with thunderbird, IOs,eMule......
adding an new invitation with attendees in the WEbUICalender is triggering the e-mail notification

no error in smtp config - notification like deleting an invitation with attendees triggers the e-mail notification
also SOGoAppointmentSendEMailNotifications is set to YES in config

affected version is sogo 5.7.1.20220920-1

cross checks on debian 11 with caldav clients:
sogo 5.7.1.20220911-1 -> e-mail notification is triggered -> ok
sogo 5.7.1.20220918-1 -> e-mail notification is triggered -> ok
