Summary0005604: cannot select all writeable calendars when creating new events or tasks
Description

when creating a new event/tasks only the personal can be selected, other writeable calendars are missing.

Steps To Reproduce

login at demo.sogo.nu with sogo1/sogo
create calendar test
write new mail, save as draft
select mail and convert to task

in the new window, no calendar can be selected.

duplicate of 0005581: but i can't reopen it nor add comments to it.
