Hello friends! Can anybody explain, please? Is there any changes what necessary to do for sogo config? Sogo connector stops working with global Address Book after upgrade to sogo 5.7 for clients on Thunderbird 68+

When i'm turning back this clients to sogo 5.2, global Address Book accessible from this clients.

In logs only this and no errors.

In sogo 5.2. after this lines sogo starts connecting to the database to search, but not in sogo 5.7.

In Web Address Book everything works fine in both versions.

We encountered the same problem. It still works with sogo 5.5.1.

Can you share the configuration of your users source with id directory?

What version of Thunderbird are you using?

Can you try to set listRequiresDot to NO for your global address book?
