Summary0005389: Odd sorting of mailbox folders (lowercase vs uppercase)
Description

Folder starting with uppercase letters [1] are sorted above all folders starting with lowercase letters [2]. (See attached screenshot)
The JSON from the backend already has them in this "incorrect" order, despite implementing case insensitive ordering. (https://github.com/inverse-inc/sogo/blob/2d25e180f6fbc104736037c88fedf2144e433e1a/SoObjects/Mailer/SOGoMailAccount.m#L432)

If this is intended behavior, consider adding a configuration option to switch between sorting behaviors.

Unfortunately I cannot reproduce this on the demo site. I do have one parent folder with an "&" in my folder structure. I'm suspecting this might be causing difficulties. Because I cannot create folders on the demo site with an "&" in their name.
