0004780: allow to create groups from global addressbook
Description
it seems not possible to create a group directly from the global addressbook. in a personal addressbook you can select several users and select create new list. This option is missing in global addressbook.
The problem here is, that you don't have write access for the global addressbook.
What you can do is create a list in a personal addressbook and copy its members from global addressbook.
