Summary0004730: METHOD:REPLY sends old event data on event change
Description

Using CalDav SOGo engine, after the first REPLY to an external event (we already have the event in SOGo database), we receive a new REQUEST from external due to a event date change.
We use the email attached ICS to build a new REPLY using the updated data with new DTSTAMP, LAST-MODIFIED and PARTSTAT changes. We leave the original SEQUENCE value (updated on the request email value).
The ICS is then sent with PUT to the SOGo dav engine but the organizer receives a strange ICS containing the updated PARTSTAT but the old values of DTSTAMP, LAST-MODIFIED and SEQUENCE causing issues on some clients.
