Steps To Reproduce
1 clicking on "other users" folder
you got the error on log
2 When you use advanced search from the principal account root, with "search subfolders" marked. You got the error on log,when search came into this folder "other users" and error on screen
"An error occured while communicating with the mail server"
That is normal, as you don't have any access rights for folder "other users".
Therefore you can not list its content
You just have access rights for shared folders within that folder.
Global search should be fixed, by skipping those folders without access rights.
