Accents and othes special characters are truncated when email option Download all attachments is used
Steps To Reproduce
open an email where you have attachments with filenames with special characters (á, é, í, ç, ã, õ) and use the 'Download all attachments' option.
The generated zip file contains the files without the special characters in the name.

the file in the attachment is an example of a file that after downloading all the attachments, the file name is truncated inside the zip file
