Summary0004431: Umlaute (ä,ö,ü) in Mail-Accounts
Description

I use mailcow-dockerized incl. sogo. We have a domain called "gröönlandhof.de" and want to use this also for mailing.

With mailcow-dockerized I managed it to send out a mail to "user@gröönlandhof.de" schicken. The problems are....
a) the login to sogo is only possible over "user@xn--grnlandhof-fcba.de"
b) when sending a mail, the sender is also shown as "user@xn--grnlandhof-fcba.de". Better would be "user@@gröönlandhof.de" but i cannot change this in the settings.

P.s. I also startet a ticket on github at mailcow, (Un)fortunately in german :-)
