Summary0004352: Web-Calendars cannot be seen via EAS
Description

If i add a Web-Calendar (ics) via Web-GUI I cant push it to ActiveSync Devices. If I add a Web-Calendar to a "dummy" user I then can add his web-calendar to my subscribed calendars and push the subscribed calendar to ActiveSync Devices

Steps To Reproduce

Add Web-Calendar via ics link

Cant push it (make it available) to ActiveSync Devices
