Strange, Debian 9 Stretch provides a smaller version than Debian 8 Jessie.
Jessie: 0.11.5-1
Stretch: 0.10.7-1

It is a mistake. A newer version is part of the SOGo repository. In Debian is still the same version 0.10.7-1 for a long time:

The problem is that our nightly repo only contains the source package for libwbxml - we need to fix this.

Seems SOGo apt repo doesn't have required wbxml packages yet, can we get some update?
