Summary0004061: Unable to sync contacts with the exchange connector in Android
Description

If I use the connector to sync contact, none of the contacts are synced. If I then edit a contact in the webinterface, I shows up in the contactlist on Android. I can enter a new contact on my phone and that shows up in the webinterface and Outlook. Is there any way to provide you with a sensible log file/ bug report?

Do you have you SOGoMaximumSyncWindowSize in sogo.conf? If yes, try without it.

I've just tried without the SOGoMaximunSyncWindowsSize, but no contacts are synced. Do I have to reset the account before this should work? Below are the current ActiveSync settings.

WOWorkersCount = 30;
WOWatchDogRequestTimeout = 60;
SOGoMaximumPingInterval = 3540;
SOGoMaximumSyncInterval = 3540;
SOGoInternalSyncInterval = 30;
SOGoMaximumSyncResponseSize = 512;
#SOGoMaximumSyncWindowSize = 256;
SxVMemLimit = 512;

Edit: I've just reset with sogo-tool manage-eas, and the contacts are synced now. Will there be no problems running without the MaxSyncWindowSize?

I recommend not to set SOGoMaximumSyncResponseSize. If it is set to a larger windowsize then requested by the device it can course troubles.

Then the issue seems resolved. I've tested this on an other SOGo installation as well and it seems to fix the issue there as well. I'll remove that configuration option from the SOGo configuration. Thanks!
