Summary0004032: Reminders for events happens to disappear from time to time.
Description

It seems that it happens when confirming alarms from one of the events. The reminder not only vanishes from the event where the reminder has been confirmed but also from a number of other events.
I did not find out a pattern which events are effected. I suspect that the dropped alarms are those where I got invited to, let's say, a meeting and I changed the alarm time (e.g. 15 minuts prior beginning to 5 minutes before the event begins).
Probably for the same reason sometimes the alarm times are changed back to what they has been set when the event has been entered by the inviting person.

Perhaps that happens, when the owner of the event changes it.
Can you confirm that?

No. Cannot confirm that. How can I find out if the owner changed the event if it's not time duration or something else visable?

What's possibly helps: It seems that it happens if the participant whose alarms disappeared have changed alarm time.

You will get an email when the event is changed by the owner.
Or you could ask him/her ;-)

O.k., re. email: The event has not been changed.

And since the organizer opened the ticket in our helpdesk: No, he did not change the event.
