Description | When the "Receive a mail when someone else modifies my calendar" option is set, not all changes trigger mail notifications. Some examples:

How do you perform your modifications? Through the Web? CalDAV? EAS? |

I don't have this behaviour. If a different user modifies the title or the description of an event in someone else calendar, the owner of the calendar will receive a notification, assuming the owner has checked Receive a mail when someone else modifies my calendar. |
