) I didn't dive into the RFC document, but this is possible with Mac iCalendar.app, and iOS 9.3 on iPhone. :) |

Android (default calendar app), Thunderbird and Outlook all have only one Alarm. |

On Android (including default calendar app), you can have more than one alarm nowadays. This is then synchronized by DAVx5. By RFC 5545, there can be multiple alarms, and each of them can have ACTION:AUDIO, DISPLAY or EMAIL (which then requires other fields). |
