Description

If I attach a text file, it automatically gets transcoded to UTF-8.

Steps To Reproduce
  • Attach a non-UTF8 file with .txt extension
  • send it using SOGo
  • the received file is different (from SOGo, or from other client, it does not matter)
Additional Information
  • with .tst extension the error does not occur
  • with .html extension, the content changes slightly, but not the same as .txt
  • I was using Google Chrome, Ubuntu 15.10, and SOGo 2.3.6, i also tried SOGo 2.3.2
  • I attached some example files (all txt)
