Summary0003452: 'Preferred phone' field remains visible in the PAB summary table (primary contact list view) after being deleted.
Description

A field entry data for a telephone number still appears in the Personal Address Book even after being deleted. After deleting the entry, it is correctly missing from the contact edit page (popup dialog), but remains in the primary table view that appears when you first enter the "Address Book" section (tab).

Steps To Reproduce

1.) Add one (and only one) telephone number to any contact in the PAB.
2.) Save the contact.
3.) Re-open the contact to edit it, and clear the telepehone number field.
4.) Save the contact again.
5.) Notice it still appears in the "Preferred phone" column of the address book table.

Additional Information

The contacts' field data is being deleted from the primary vcard database table, but not from the '_quick' table. It still remains in the c_telephonenumber field for that record.

Workaround: clear all telephone number fields and add one space to one of them, e.g. " ", then save.
