Summary	0003385: iOS 9 only sync "Personal calendar"
Description	We are experiencing issue using the Activesync connection on the iPhone. With iOS 9 only one calendar "Personal Calendar" is synced. The second calendar called "Default" was synced without issues from the Version 2.3.2 (and previous releases) but from SOGo 2.3.3 it isn't accessible anymore.
Steps To Reproduce	Create ActiveSync account on iPhone iOS9 with two individual calendar "Personal Calendar" "Default"

zerro 2015-11-13 13:14 reporter ~0009096	From sogo 2.3.3 calendars need to be Synchronize explicitly. Before the version 2.3.3 the calendar's synchronization was the default. So this is not a regression bug.
