Summary0003179: Event starting with working hours is not printed
Description

An event starting with the working hours is not printed when the option "working hours only" is enabled in the printing dialog.

Steps To Reproduce

Set working hours from 8 to 17 o'clock in preferences.
Then create an event at 8 o'clock. Click at "Print view" and enable "Display working hours only". The event is vanished in the preview window and in the printout.

When change the working hours to 7 to 17 o'clock und go then to "Print view" is event is printed.
