Summary0003174: Sometimes, wrong language chosen for failed authentication message -- caching issue?
Description

One of our users reported a cyrillic error message after a failed authentication. Our first guess was he actually misconfigured his language settings, but he didn't.

After trying around for some time using different browser/language settings, we realized weird language choices are made; probably an issue with caching.

Steps To Reproduce
  • Restart SOGo/memcached to empty caches, having English configured as server-side default language.
  • Configure browser to prefer Italian language
  • Perform a login with wrong credentials. An Italian error message should be printed.
  • Configure browser to prefer German language, possibly you have to open a new tab for Firefox (might not be necessary and we've been fooled by the SOGo bug anyway).
  • Perform a new login with wrong credentials, no matter whether using the same user name or not.
  • Again, an Italien message instead of a German one should be printed.
  • Restart SOGo/memcached again.
  • Once more, perform a login with wrong credentials, a German error message is printed.
