Summary0003165: event invitation: no notification for external invitees if appointment notifications are disabled
Description

If appointment notifications are disabled and both SOGo users and external users are invited to an event, the external users won't get any notice of a new event.

=> Showing a popup, telling the event organizer that some invitees (external users) won't be notified, would be nice. (like when trying to invite a SOGo user that has appointment invitations disabled).

Steps To Reproduce
  • disable the appointment notification
  • invite SOGo users and external users to an event
  • the external won't get any notice of the new event but the SOGo Users get the event suggestion in their calendars
