Summary0002926: Calenderlinks wrong if you work with non standard port
Description

We work with port 8443 and ssl.
If I get my caldav-link of my personal calendar everything is fine.
If I take any other (non personal) calender, the link is missing the port.

e.g.
https://sogo.example.com/SOGo/dav/me/......
instead of
https://sogo.example.com:8443/SOGo/dav/me/......
