Summary0002917: vacation message script is created, but activated only if saved and closed a second time
Description

By enabling vacation message on SOGo -> Preferences -> Vacation, SOGo the first time puts only the sieve script on the mail-server, but it does not activate it.
By entering the second time in SOGo -> Preferences -> Vacation and clicking again [Save and Close], SOGo activates the sieve script.

I'm suspending this ticket for now. I can't reproduce it with the upcoming v2.2.9. It should also work well with v2.2.8 since that code hasn't changed.

v2.2.1b is a few months old and that code received some changes in the past 3-4 months.

Reopen if necessary - if the bug is present in v2.2.8 or v2.2.9.
