| Summary | 0002585: Sort messages by threads is broken sometime | ||||
| Description | Hi, we noticed that sometimes the sort messages by threads (settings in Mail Options) is "broken" in the Webmail module. (Firefox on windows 7 and Safari on OS X checked.) From e.g. Thunderbird on Mac OS X and Windows 7 the reported accounts look good, so thread sorting is correct. What happens is that some messages are sorted in a thread they don't belong to at all. The messages in that thread are different regarding subject or date or sender so it can't be some sort of internal id message highjacking (what e.g. happens when someone replies to a message and changes the subject ….) | ||||
