A new method has appeared: [GCSChannelManager releaseChannel:immediately:], which enables the immediate releases of buggy channels. Those channels exist when the connexion to the database has dropped. When the DB gets back up, the old channels are reused but fail to execute any transaction because they were kept in cache.

The code should thus be reviewed everywere where it makes sense to add invocations to that method, which would improve the resilience of SOGo in case of database errors.
