Summary	0002440: Messages sent through Outlook have incorrect sent date
Description	Sending a message in outlook, the sent date is always UTC time. This doesn't occur when sending a message through the web interface. I've checked the message source through the web interface and although it has the correct UTC offset (-0700) the time is always UTC. An example, sending an email at 12:17 PM -0700 will appear as being sent 7:17 PM -0700. I've checked system time both `hwclock` (tried UTC and LOCAL) and `date` return the correct times.
Additional Information	sogo & sogo-openchnage-backend are version 2.1.0.20131010-1.centos6. openchange is compiled from git. samba cimpiled from git, version 4.1rc4.
