Summary0000226: Unsubcribe from calendar does not work
Description

When unsubscribing from a shared calendar using sogo-integrator, the calendar reappears after restarting Thunderbird.
Unsubscribing from a calendar only works when using the webinterface.

Additional Information

This occured using sogo 1.1.0, sogo-integrator 0.97, sogo-connector 0.97 and lightning 0.9.7 with Thunderbird 2.0.0.23
