Summary0002107: Kontact calender items don't sync correctly
Description

If I create a calender event with Kontact (4.8.5). The time in the SOGO (2.0) webinterface has an offset of 17:58h (back in time).
However, on Thunderbird (lightning) and on my Android phone, the date and time are presented correct again. (All sync with same caldav on Sogo)
If I invite colleagues, the time is mispresented in their calenders as well.

There is only a problem when I create a calender event in Kontact.
When Creating a calender event from any other applications it will be correctly synchronised an all my other calenders (Kontact included).

Attach to this ticket an event that exposes the issue, and specify the timezone you use in SOGo.

I've uploaded 2 calender events.
cal_kontact.ics is created in kontact.
Cal_Sogo.ics is the same event, but from the Sogo Webinterface

Both on the client and the server the timezone is configured as Europe/Amsterdam (CET)

I've just tried and it works for me.

Are you sure your timezone in SOGo's user preferences is set to Europe/Amsterdam?

There's nothing particular in this event.

We've check the time settings on the Sogo Server agian.
It is set to Europe/Amsterdam
